Willow Walk is an outdoor sculpture and garden art exhibition and sale at Burlington’s beautiful Willowbrook Park. The event takes place every two years. The park is located in a lovely residential section of older homes in Burlington, NC, one block off Church Street, Burlington’s primary north south thoroughfare. (Willowbrook park is located off South Church Street and Fountain Place in Burlington, NC.) Burlington is located just off I-85/40, between Greensboro and Chapel Hill. The landscape of Willowbrook Park is both grassy meadow and tree-covered slopes with a meandering stream running through it.
By inviting an exploration and discovery of the arts in a setting, which is natural, comfortable and fun, we hope to promote the sculptural work of individual artists from the Triad area and to increase public awareness and appreciation of this particular art form. Bring your lawn chairs and the family, take a sculpture walk, buy your garden a gift, explore the arts and discover the beauty of Burlington’s Willowbrook Park. Featuring over 30 artists and more than 75 pieces of sculpture. This event is FREE and open to the public.
